At the helm is You Aiguo, Chairman of the Board, whose leadership philosophy blends innovation, sustainability, excellence, and altruism. During PrintWeek MENA’s visit to NAR’s advanced facilities in China, You shared insights on the company’s global strategy, technological breakthroughs, automation journey, and long-term vision for the Middle East and international markets.

Q1. NAR has grown into a global powerhouse. What has been the driving force behind this success?
The strength of China’s industrial chain and manufacturing base has supported our global reach. Over 23 years, we have remained dedicated to product innovation. From trading digital advertising materials in our early years, we evolved into manufacturing, creating products now sold worldwide. Today, we operate five factories globally—four in China and one in Thailand—serving over 100 countries. Guidance from global clients and OEM partners has shaped our product management and brand building, allowing NAR to grow into a trusted global brand.
Q2. What are NAR’s key strategic priorities moving forward?
Our strategy focuses on three pillars:
Technology and Innovation – We are technology-driven, with R&D rooted in precision coating. Our automotive protective films and smartphone protective films already lead domestic markets.
Customer-Centric Approach – All innovation and marketing start with customer needs in local markets.
Excellence-Driven Organisation – We pursue “Three Excellences”: Excellent Products, Excellent Service, and Excellent Operations. Through digital and intelligent manufacturing, we reduce costs, enhance accuracy, and ensure quality consistency.
Q3. How does NAR plan to serve markets like the Middle East more effectively?
The Middle East is strategically vital for us. We will enhance customer service by establishing local offices, warehouses, and technical support teams. We also plan to send application engineers to work with partners, especially in the automotive and electronics sectors, ensuring faster, tailored service.
Q4. Sustainability is a global priority. How is NAR addressing this challenge?
Sustainability guides our product development. We are advancing biodegradable non-PVC materials, now in testing and nearing commercialisation. Our R&D also focuses on eco-friendly solutions like heat-insulation films for buildings. Environmentally responsible operations—such as automation to reduce waste and intelligent production scheduling—strengthen our competitiveness while protecting the planet.
Q5. How important is digital transformation for NAR?
Digitalisation is transformative. At our Jiangxi factory, automated warehouses with AGV forklifts improved efficiency by 5–6 times compared to traditional setups. This reduces costs, boosts delivery speed, ensures product traceability, and enhances overall competitiveness. Digital operations are now central to our growth strategy.
Q6. What role does corporate culture play in sustaining innovation and quality?
Our vision—“Empowering a Better Living Space with Technology”—is instilled across all employees. We encourage daily “micro-innovations,” continuous learning, and rigorous quality management. By holding suppliers to high standards and focusing on upstream quality control, we ensure consistent excellence.

Our most outstanding achievement is earning the trust of clients in over 100 countries while building a strong team of 1,300 employees. This combination of global recognition and a dedicated workforce is the foundation of our success.
