        The panellists discussed how MENA-based producers are scaling up
      production capacity and localising operations to meet rising domestic
      demand, while reducing dependency on international supply chains.
        The speakers agreed that domestic consumption is climbing stead-
      ily, creating opportunities for expanded production and increased
